Order & File Cut-off Time: Orders and print-ready graphic files must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM on the current business day.

Payment Deadline: Payment (via Visa or MasterCard) must be completed no later than 10:30 AM on the same day.

Deadline Adjustments: Any file uploaded or payment confirmed after these specified hours will automatically push the production timeline to the next business day.

Pickup Time: The estimated dates shown on the screen indicate when the product is fully finished and ready for pickup at Polyesterday - Vizbegovo.

Delivery Option: If you select delivery during checkout, the specified date guarantees strictly when the package is prepared and handed over for delivery, but does not predict the actual arrival time at your address.
Weekends and Public Holidays: Production timelines are calculated using working days only (Saturdays, Sundays, and official public holidays in North Macedonia are excluded from the production process).
How to prepare your print-ready files?
Upload your design in PDF (recommended) or an image in 1:1 scale with high resolution (300 DPI):
- Vector Elements: All fonts in PDF files must be converted to curves (outlines).
